Donal Machine Inc. is a northern California job shop in the business of supplying precision machining and sheet metal services to customers since 1969. We serve the aerospace, computer, medical, automotive, food, valve, agriculture, design (laser), and many other commercial industries. Most of Donal's customers are located in the greater San Francisco Bay Area, however manufacturing services are provided to customers throughout the U.S. and internationally.
In its thirty year history, the company has grown from five to forty employees and is now located in a 30,000 square foot facility with easy access to the HWY 101 corridor. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment enabling us to satisfy our customers' most complex requirements. Donal's capability of handling all areas of part production and processing has resulted in our ability to provide highly competitive quotations. Painting, plating, heat-treating and other necessary outside processes are handled by qualified sources. We provide you with high quality workmanship to meet your custom or repair needs.
Donal programmers and estimators utilize MasterCam, SmartCam, and TOPS 100 programming software and are able to import our customer's CAD or DXF files. Artwork for laser cutting can also be scanned. The facility is fully computerized with networked manufacturing and financial software systems that allow us to track a job's progress instantly.
Our permanently staffed Quality Assurance Department operates under MIL-I-45208A requirements. From job acceptance to delivery of the finished product, quality is of utmost importance to Donal.
