This is a list of things known to exist for which I don't
have scans. If you can send me a scan or fill in any information about these or
items pictured, I would appreciate it, and would mention you in my list
of contributors. It is important that you include information such as dates,
publishers, authors, etc. if you can. If possible, either the height or width
should be at least 300 pixels, at 72 dpi, and the file should be in JPEG format.
