How We Charge
BCS fee structure is based almost exclusively on flat rate charges.
For TTB or Home-State licenses, COLA's and other state or federal compliance, we have flat rate fees for all work. Our prices are very affordable as we love to work with start up companies and all sizes of clients from very small to large companies.
For sales to wholesalers, we offer a monthly service which covers all aspects of out-of-state compliance; including license renewals, changes of distributors, price postings, brand updates, new items and monthly reporting. The cost per month takes into account the number of markets, number of separate items, average number of shipments per month and complexity of your marketing programs.
The cost to move into a new market to sell to wholesalers varies from state to state. A new license is needed in order to open up a new market, for change of ownership, change of location or change of ownership entity.
Direct shipping compliance is handed separately from compliance required to ship to wholesalers. Direct shipping to consumer compliance monthly fees cover renewing any direct shipping permits and keeping you abreast of new states or changes in existing markets. We charge a one-time fee to get you a permit in states which require one to ship to consumers.
