  • not government only for those who can buy it - big-bucks first-class citizens vs. a peon-class information-poor.
• An absolute prerequisite for a free society is that its citizens must have timely access
  • to adequate information
  • on which to base sound decisions
  • about their [our!] participation
  • in the process of our own governance.
