It's great to live in a free country like the
good old USA! Our 'open door' policy has created the most culturally diverse
society on the planet. As such, you may find the need to translate English to
another language, or vice versa.
There's a great site on the Web that
will do just that for you and best of all, it's FREE. For example, can you read
the following?
A menos que usted pueda leer el español, usted
necesitará traducir de ayuda este mensaje. Ahora, usted sabe donde a lo
obtiene.
Neither could I. But if you drag your cursor over the text
above to highlight it, then right click on it and choose copy from the drop
down menu. Next, point your browser to
http://www.freetranslation.com. When you get there, choose
Spanish to English, then position your cursor in the Text Translator box, right
click and select Paste. Finally, click on the Translate button at the bottom.
The translation may not be perfect, but at least you'll get the 'gist'
of the message. It will even do Web pages, so make sure you check it out and
bookmark it for handy, future reference.
