Dear Friend of the Ukrainian Diabetes Project,

The Ukrainian Diabetes Project (UDP) hopes that you and your loved ones had a happy and healthy 2019. As we close out our 27th year as a non-profit we would like to briefly report this year’s activities. And to those who have already made their contribution for 2019 we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks.

In 2019, the Ukrainian Diabetes Project shipped medical supplies consisting of blood testing meters and strips. These high quality medical supplies were shipped to Kiyiv Diabetes Fund and Kherson Endocrinology. All supplies were distributed through our affiliate organizations. The cost of the supplies totaled $54,252. The shipment cost was ~$1000.00. The families and the diabetic children continue to express their gratitude for your generosity. For them to receive such important and valued diabetes supplies is financially prohibitive for them. Our supplies enables them to manage their diabetes and lead normal healthy lives. Currently we are in process of procuring similar supplies to be shipped in early 2020.

Since this is the time of year for giving, we hope you will be able to contribute to the Ukrainian Diabetes Project, as without your help, this nonprofit organization would not exist. We know there are many charities in need, but do know that every dollar you donate goes directly to the children with diabetes. Every dollar makes a difference. The children of Ukraine depend on your support. For those who have not yet donated this year we have enclosed an envelope for your convenience.
