In 2000 we started marking one of the doorways with the new generation's heights.  Cynde check out this year's new marks.  One surprising thing was that Jettus and Amy didn't have any additional growing over the past 2 years.  Stephani and Jazlyn had the largest growing spurt. Good thing the older generations weren't measured as I'll bet a few of us actually shrank a little.

This was the first year we had a surprise visit by Santa.  It was nice to see he had some extra time on such a busy night.  He and his helper, Beverly, handed out the gifts.  His lap got quite the workout, as big and small got their chance to sit.

Stephani knew something was up and deduced the guy in the red suit was actually Ben.  She whispered to Russ, "I know Santa was Uncle Ben because he was the only one not in the room!"   back  NEXT
