We accept orders by mail, fax or e-mail. Please return this form in the mail with your check or credit card information (Visa or MasterCard only). You can also fax the form to us or email us your order by placing all necessary information in the email. Be sure to include your phone number, as it is important for shipping purposes.
Unfortunately, legal restrictions mean we can only ship wine to the following states: California, Colorado, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Washington, Wisconsin, West Virginia and Wyoming. If you don't live in one of these states, please call us for possible shipping alternatives.
