2002 Stage Artists
HOSTED by Mojo P. Jones - No one can compare to Sonoma County's own Mistress of Ceremonies! Phenomenally funny, this high priestess of irreverent introductions has a way of touching the humanity in all of us. A true crowd-pleaser!

Ali Khan Band CD SHABAZ (Formerly The Ali Khan Band)
Fusing 500 years of traditional Qawwali music with the groove of modern dance, the power of rock and the infectious hooks of great pop, vocalist Sukhawat Ali Khan and his sister Riffat Salamat, along with producer/musician Richard Michos, welcome you into a celebration of the universal spirit of life and music! Find their debut CD "Taswir" and new CD "Zindagi" at www.cot.com/alikhang.htm.
Tang CD !Tang
This eight-piece funk extravaganza fuses pop, funk, jazz, ska and hip-hop into a purely original thinking man's dance music. Led energetically by the throat of frontman Ray Wilcox, this WAMMIE-winning band features strong arrangements, stellar musicianship, a Tower-of-Power-esque horn section, and Phish-esque jams that recall their classical and jazz training. Check out their great CDs at www.tangmusic.com.

Lakshmi Devi
This wonderful vocalist blends intricate rhythms and spirited lyrics to create a hypnotic, high-energy blend of tribal rock, exotic dance rhythms and sonic esotericism infused with pop sensibility. Lakshmi is a singer/songwriter whose entrancingly beautiful music shines forth with haunting presence.
Pandemonaeon
Combining the influences of traditional Middle Eastern music with Celtic rock, Pandemonaeon uplifts the spirit with driving rhythms, haunting vocals and fiercely passionate lyrics. Vocalist Sharon Knight and lead guitarist Winter have collaborated for years to produce a tribal/trance rock experience that engages the wild lusty spirit in all of us... Their self-titled debut CD, "Pandemonaeon," can be found at www.trancejamrecords.com.
Eagle Spirit
A traditional Native American drumming group that instead of "performing," prays with the communities they sing and drum for, honoring the four directions, Mother Earth, and the gifts of Great Spirit. For more information, or to find their CD "High Bear Nation," contact mamazon@monitor.net.
