• Very minor touch-ups.

• Started the Bestiary chapter.

• Added the Tiefling, Aasimar, and Rogue Modron racial templates to the Characters chapter.

• Rewrite the External Alignment document again. Pretty soon I may be done with this one :)
• Add a link to the Umana rules from the Magic chapter.

• Rewrite Alignment sections again, spawning most of it off to a document outside GURPS Planescape.
• Added some faction overlays: Athar, Bleakers, Doomguard, Dustmen, Fated.
• Added a couple of miscellaneous character abilities, mostly for the purpose of defining faction overlays.
